Bookings & Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy
The booking can be confirmed at SWAN Ayurveda Goa, India by paying a deposit
(normally 30% of the total fees), which may vary depending on the program, for each individual booking.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The balance payment is due:
- One week prior to arrival for our Yoga Holiday program
- No later than 60 days before the start date for fixed-date Ayurveda Yoga Programs / Retreats
Cancellation Policy
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Full Payments:
- More than 45 days before the retreat: 100% refund (excluding deposit)
- 30 to 45 days before the retreat: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
- Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund
- After check-in: No refund
Refunds
For credit card payments, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within
5–7 business days.
Rescheduling
- One-time rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability and written confirmation
Note: All bookings are non-refundable.
